Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Expansion Scout platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations.

2. Independent Contractor Relationship

Scouts operate as independent contractors, not employees. You are responsible for all taxes, insurance, and compliance with applicable independent contractor laws.

3. Commission Structure

Commissions are paid based on the tier system outlined in your Independent Contractor Agreement. Tiers are determined by venue scoring and may be subject to administrative review and adjustment.

• Tier 1: $1,000 USD
• Tier 2: $750 USD
• Tier 3: $500 USD
• Tier 4: $250 USD

4. Venue Ownership and Territory

Venue ownership is determined by first submission. Territory assignments may limit which markets you can work in. Disputes will be resolved by administration.

5. Conduct and Compliance

You agree to:

• Represent Beat The Odds professionally and ethically
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
• Not engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices

6. Payment Terms

Payments are processed after LOI execution and verification. Processing time may vary based on payment method and verification requirements.

7. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, you will be paid for all verified and approved venues up to the termination date.

8. Limitation of Liability

Beat The Odds shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
